first Structuring the work
- essential step: Create a data collection

second Workshop
- unanimous opinion: Leipzig consumption center, possibly with the spinning and Old Town Hall
- Advantage: Koop Business Archives and use of their contacts (entrepreneurs, chambers of commerce)
- More events in the workshops Hellerau possible => Contact Sylvia
- Perhaps no call => better control of the content for the first event
