What is / actually makes a risk manager or a Risikomanagementbeautragter?

knows The international standard ISO 31000:2009 or a risk management officer (where but the standard ISO 9001: 2008, a management representative, that has the BoL as QMB, the quality manager knows and defined) or a risk manager (Including the ISO 9001:2008 does not know the quality manager). The standard rule ONR 49003:2010 and defines a risk manager knows this and has all the standard rules only ONR 49000 series: 2010 to know in order to obtain certification. They come anyway, whether the standards they know it or not, risk managers (and quality managers) and risk management officer. Their role in the company is laying down and not to a norm if the norm does not, or if it is not to be determined by a standard. Their competence should be in risk management, but not only, for risk management according to the state of the art and knowledge "integrated" operation, and this integration - at issue in any of the following post will go - are risk management purpose.

A risk manager can be, for example, an expert on risk in a specific context (finance, insurance, processes, ...) and their management.
a risk management officer manages the risk management system.

Whether a risk manager, a risk management officer to take risks with their responsibility? This is something written in one of the following posts. And then there are a few CROs, Chief Risk Officers, who have somehow survived the crisis. But that's another story.

There are courses and seminars that lead to a conclusion (which always means that!) "Risk manager" who also come with a certificate.
